Teachers learn each baby’s home rhythms before care begins, then follow individual feeding and sleep needs. A maximum group of four keeps the setting personal and familiar.
Rather than fitting every baby into one schedule, teachers build sensory play, art, movement, and outdoor time around naps and feeding.

Unhurried floor time and small challenges support reaching, rolling, crawling, standing, and walking.
Babies spend time outdoors between naps; mobile infants explore the Playa Vista garden with a teacher nearby.
Included weekly: Baila Baila brings Spanish music, singing, and movement to the infant group. Formal Spanish immersion begins in the toddler program at 18 months.
Families provide milk and food through 12 months. From 12–18 months, Footsteps provides hot organic lunch while families provide snacks.
Each baby has a designated sleep space in a separate nap room. Teachers begin with the child’s home schedule and follow safe-sleep practices.
Brightwheel tracks feeding, diapers, naps, and activities. Teachers send photos and personal updates every day.
